Membership Coordination

Our philosophy about membership recruitment is that “people join people.”  Not only does this create credibility, but it also allows for engagement and a positive experience for that member. We help to develop programs that encourage current members to recruit new members to the organization. We have used incentives as well as training opportunities to assist in this endeavor. Our staff works closely with the leadership to develop membership materials and coordinate calls to lapsed members. Statistics show a 12-15% increase in gained revenue through a personal phone call.
