This position is full-time and the salary range is $45,000 to $50,000 per year, plus benefits. Qualified applicants will have a minimum 3 years working experience working in the membership area for a non-profit organization, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Access & Excel, demonstrated excellence with verbal and written communications, and the ability to travel and work some events and weekends. Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

Calabrese Management is seeking a full‐time Office Specialist to support all staff in a busy association management office. Primary responsibilities include answering multi‐line phone system, coordinating shipments, welcoming guests, ordering supplies, opening and distributing mail, coordinating mailings and preparing company conference room for events. Supporting the finance department with administrative functions is a significant part of this position. Other duties will include creating and maintaining office files and handling calls for maintenance, upgrades, or any changes to office equipment.

Qualifications include excellent interpersonal skills and telephone etiquette, ability to multi‐task, and handle multiple telephone lines. The candidate also must be proficient in Office Suite, especially Word and Excel, and have the ability to answer general questions received by directing individuals to appropriate staff or client websites.
