Our association, the International Play Equipment Manufacturers Association, contracted with Calabrese Management in 2004.  Since that time, the staff has assisted us in developing a strategic direction for the organization, an annual workplan, and a budget tied to that workplan.  In addition, our Bylaws have been updated to reflect our current inner workings, a policy manual has been developed, and our nominating procedures are in place for upcoming leadership.  The staff at Calabrese Management is professional and has enabled us to grow our organization.  When members call IPEMA, they get personal and prompt attention.  I am proud to have been part of the search committee that found this excellent resource for our professional trade association.
